![]() ![]() For now, we have decided not to go there for as long as she's employed there. It doesn't take a rocket science to know and observe. Just ask her co-workers how they have shown their disagreement of her action and decision making through body language. She's a pathetic person and dragging her co-workers and this company down to a dark hole. It's too bad as we've been going here for years and have actually met a lot of good poker dealers but with this, it's definitely a BIG NO in our books. But if the upper management tolerates this kind of unacceptable behavior, then I guess, they have accepted it long time ago that it's okay for them to lose few customers here and then. ![]() I suggest upper management to conduct their own internal unannounced investigation so that they themselves can see how terrible this employee is. She has no clue or whatsoever that without customer that pays every penny of her salary, she won't have a job. She's disrespectful, unethical, highly lacking of great customer service and thinks of herself as the superior. ![]()
